Music Ministry

Music has always been a key component of our worship services and fellowship activities at La Canada Congregational Church.  From classical sacred works to spirituals to contemporary anthems, from a quiet prelude preparing us for worship to an uplifting Bach postlude, music is a connection to the sacred and an essential part of expressing the peace and joy of our Christian faith.

              

Director of Music Harold Daugherty and organist Joe Klice provide the professional leadership and expertise to guide the music program at LCCC.  Harold directs the Chancel Choir and works with our minister to select appropriate music for each worship service.  Joe provides expert accompaniment on the organ and piano and also directs the Choraleers childrens choir.
